Muslim Aid UK Bangladesh Country Office (MABCO) invites applications from third-party service providers (Institutes) to conduct the assessment of graduates under IsDB Project.

2. Submission Deadline: The deadline for submission of proposals is Monday, April 21, 2025, by 3:00 PM (BST). Kindly ensure that your proposal is submitted in both hard copy in the Tender Box at the Muslim Aid-UK Bangladesh Country Office (MABCO) and in soft copy via email to bangladeshprocurement@muslimaid.org.bd
3. Pre-Bidding Meeting: A Pre-Bidding Meeting will be held on Wednesday, April 9, 2025. Interested parties may join the meeting online at 3.00 PM.
4. Collection of Documents: Interested parties are requested to collect the RFQ, ToR, and other documents from the MABCO website at:
www.muslimaid.org.bd These documents are also available on the BD Jobs Tender Portal.
5. Submission Location: Proposals must be submitted on or before the mentioned date and time at the following address:

6. Tender Security: A Tender Security of 2.5% of the total quoted amount is required. This amount should be submitted via pay order in favor of Muslim Aid-UK Bangladesh Field Office (refundable). The account details for the pay order are included in the Financial Proposal Template.
7. Opening of Proposals: The quotations will be opened on the same day at 3:30 PM in the presence of the bidders (if any).
