Muslim Aid- UK, Bangladesh Office has been implementing School Feeding Programme in partnership with World Food Programme (WFP) with new agreement for the year 2019.
It distributes packets of High Energy Biscuits (HEBs) to every child of a total 57,118 including 29,973 girls and 27,145 boys in every school day. It runs in 182 schools in Ukhia and Teknaf Upazilas of Cox’s bazar district. The programme also runs with literacy component that includes school library, book captain, little doctor, little agriculturist, school gardening etc.
